Questions

IT support FAQ

Which areas of London do you cover on-site?

We cover central and Greater London for on-site visits. Remote support is available to businesses anywhere in the UK.

Are you a Cyber Essentials certification body?

No. Certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies working with IASME. We prepare you: we check your setup against the requirements, fix the gaps and help you complete the self-assessment, so you're ready to submit and pass.

Do you work with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. We set up, migrate and manage both, and can move you from one to the other.

What size of business do you support?

Mostly teams of 1 to 50 people: offices, clinics, shops, agencies, trades and start-ups that don't need a full-time IT person.

What hours is support available?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Monthly clients can arrange out-of-hours work for planned changes such as migrations and office moves.

Can you also build our website or automate our processes?

Yes, that's our other half. Many IT problems are really process problems, and we can build the tool or automation that fixes them for good. See our software services.
