Remote helpdesk, on-site visits across London, managed devices and Cyber Essentials preparation, from the same team that builds your software. Monthly support from £49 per user, or pay as you go from £50/hr.

Email, password, printer and "it's running slow" problems fixed over a secure remote session, usually without anyone leaving their desk.
On-site IT support
A London engineer at your office for new setups, network and Wi-Fi faults, office moves and anything that can't be fixed remotely.
